Mark Hughes, a co-founder of Oodle, became an entrepreneur at age 12. He teamed up with a buddy who is now one of his business partners at Oodle, chief innovation officer Jon Rhoads.

“Rather than mowing lawns that summer, he and I decided to make websites for businesses in Milford,” Hughes said. “We’d been toying with a few hobby sites and decided to go for it.
