UX Improvements
We streamlined navigation, created a clearer information hierarchy throughout the site, optimized mobile experience to ensure seamless access on any device, improved overall site speed, and enhanced search functionality for easier program discovery.
Content & Functionality Enhancements
We developed, implemented, and maintained a tuition calculator, introduced a program comparison tool to help prospective students make informed decisions, and launched a chatbot to improve program discoverability.


Backend & Scalability
We upgraded backend systems within WordPress to enhance usability across a large team of content managers. We developed several flexible templates with plug and play modules to enhance program page content, allowing for easy updates and scalability, while maintaining consistency across the site. We also integrated career and faculty APIs, and developed several automated tools within the CMS to dynamically update information, minimizing manual content management.
